Nora Maité Nieves’ ‘Eyes of the Sea’ — the video installation that uses stop-motion animation to bring the artist’s painted and sculptural works to life — has filled the digital landscape of Times Square in New York with her unique energy and warmth. The presentation can currently be viewed across 95+ digital billboards in Times Square every midnight and lasts through February 29th, 2024. ‘Eyes of the Sea’ is a co-presentation by Times Sqare Arts and Norton Museum of Art.

Times Sqare Arts와 Norton Museum of Art의 합작으로, Nora Maité Nieves의 영상 작품 ‘Eyes of the Sea’가 작가 특유의 에너지와 온기로 현재 뉴욕 타임스 스퀘어의 야경을 채우고 있습니다. 스톱 모션을 이용해 작가의 회화 및 조각 작품들을 생동감 넘치도록 구현해낸 이 영상은 2024년 2월 29일까지 매일 자정 뉴욕 타임스 스퀘어의 95개가 넘는 전광판들에 걸쳐 선보여집니다.
